As the first team member hired, had a pivotal role in hiring PM and engineering team members and establishing initial team processes for stakeholder intake, agile development, infrastructure, and code-deployment practices. Lead a team of 14 engineers with 6 direct reports.For the BI@Microsoft program served as a data strategy and BI advisor for key internal Microsoft businesses including Supply Chain, Global Marketing, Xbox, Cortana, and WW Operations. Advising on the best use of Microsoft tools including Power BI, SSRS, and Cortana Intelligence Suite (Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Bot Framework, Microsoft Cognitive Services). Built v1 prototype Power BI FAQ chat bot leveraging Microsoft NLP Language Understanding Intelligence Service and the Microsoft Bot Framework.

Built and managed a new observability and DevOps tools team responsible for critical enterprise, analytics, devops, and live site monitoring systems.
