- Customer/Technical Support Agent- Operations Team Support

Install and configure the technology to be used in the company (equipment, operating systems, programs and applications). Perform periodic maintenance of equipment and systems. Provide assistance to employees or customers in technological matters. Detect malfunctions in systems and applications. Replace damaged or malfunctioning parts of equipment when necessary. Prepare reports on the status of the company's equipment and systems. Implement and guide in the execution of new applications or operating systems. Perform security reviews on all systems. Configure LAN networks and devices, as well as, servers and network workstations.

Transcription and translation of documents. Letter writing and e-mail management. Printing and banding of documents. Organize and file appraisal documentation. Provide technical support to appraisers. Review, compare and correct asset information with acquisition documents. Review, compare and update asset prices. Research asset information and technical specifications. Review and correct depreciation factors and asset ages. Review, correct and check asset inventory of appraised companies. Keep up to date with exchange agreements and reference exchange rates.
