Turning vision in to reality, problem into opportunity and empathy into compassion with impact.Having led on the development of some of the leading models of health and social care in the UK, my work has made a meaningful impact to thousands of people, bringing value and efficiency to public services. I have established myself as a trusted agent of change through my ability to intuitively navigate teams to solve complex problems and provide creative leadership to a range of diverse stakeholders. Today, I seek a new challenge that aligns with my personal and lifelong mission to push humanity past its next hurdle. Key AchievementsAt HCRG Care Group Ltd. (a leading national provider of NHS services) I led on developing and embedding the organisations human-centred design strategy. The cultural shift not only resulted in the organisations survival but enabled it to thrive after a sustained period of organisational difficulty after it lost touch with its consumers. The piece resulted in a more decisive growth strategy, more bespoke and inclusive service offerings, and stronger working relationships with national and regional stakeholders. I designed and developed the UK’s leading Care Coordination Centres. Models provided the infrastructure, governance, technology, data, and tools that enabled the NHS, social care, private and voluntary sectors to work as one, coordinating stakeholders to proactively identify, manage and meet the needs of their local communities. I facilitated a best-in-class model for sexual health services, which deployed pioneering technological solutions and brought together local and national partners under a single "Integrated Sexual Health Network". The model and accompanying bid secured a £49 million contract and contributes as an exemplar of preventative care.
