As a Business Development Lead and Consultant at BTS, I apply my problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills to deliver high-quality solutions for various clients in different industries. As a main team member and researcher, I have been involved in over 15 projects, ranging from motor vehicle manufacturing to marketing.As a project manager, one of my proudest achievements is leading the digital platform development and operation project. This platform, which I developed in three languages (English, Korean, and Mandarin), is used by over 12,000 employees of a client's company worldwide for learning and development purposes. I am also in charge of client management and communication as an account manager track consultant, building trust and rapport with key stakeholders.Before joining BTS, I worked as an administrator at Seoul National University, where I managed government affairs, campus safety, and admission processes for the School of Pharmacy as a PM. I also have a strong background in mechanical engineering and international business, having graduated from KAIST and studied at Boston University. Additionally, I have experience as a researcher at Hyundai Motor Company, where I conducted competitor research and cost analysis for the Genesis Total Product Planning Team and the Cost Engineering Team.I am passionate about creating value and impact through innovation and collaboration.
