In May of 2011, I incorporated One Community, and in June 2012 I succeeded in getting One Community its 501(c)3 non-profit status. Since then, the One Community open source resource site has grown to 100s of pages of open source resources and the One Community all-volunteer team has developed from just me to a constantly growing global cooperative. This cooperative now includes people from around the world who have contributed tens of thousands of hours of collaboration and development creating the One Community open source global transformation engine.Key Responsibilities, Accomplishments, and Skills Used:> Personal volunteer-hour average over 35 hours/week since 2010> Grew all-volunteer team from just himself to over 300 volunteers> Actively manages 30+ volunteers and has actively managed a team of 80+ interns and volunteers> Coordination and organization of weekly team calls since 2011 and weekly video and blog updates since February of 2013> Developmental lead for One Community’s growing open source resource database that is 300+ pages of tools, tutorials, and resources covering all aspects of food self-sufficiency, sustainable energy, 7 different sustainable village models, a complete and globally collaborative pre-K to post graduate education program, community-based for-profit and non-profit economic design, social architecture and fulfilled living models and practices, and global stewardship and sustainability practices
