* Worked in conjunction with Cuban Hydrologists to gather information about the river basins of St. Vincent and the Grenadines in order to develop an Early Warning System in response to the catastrophic floods of December 24th 2013.* Provided linguistics support (Spanish - English) to all Officials involved in this project.

* Provided desktop support and training to members of staff. * Assisted in educating the general public on disaster preparedness. * Managed web content on NEMO’s website; informing the general public on weather updates, warnings and watches. * Developed NEMO’s Disaster Management Information Systems; a new approach towards shelter management, and collecting and storing data on damage assessments. * Developed a software for managing NEMO’s pantry inventory.

* Developed an educational software for children with cognitive disability and hearing impairment, mainly focusing on mathematics and language arts. * Collected and analyzed the functional and non – functional requirements for the development of this educational software using various methods of data collection. * Designed an implementation and formation plan to install the software and train teachers on how to properly administer the system. * Implemented a network connection in the computer laboratories; placing a central server for a central database and to distribute the educational software amongst computers. * Executed a pilot test to observe and note the students’ interaction with the software. * Ensured proper project management using LibrePlan to keep track of project tasks, sub tasks, resource allocation and finances.

* Developed a desktop application for inventory purposes; this application focuses on minimizing the prevalence of errors in the manual way of recording the incoming and dispatching of medication. * Collected and analyzed the functional and non – functional requirements for the development of this desktop application using various methods of data collection. * Designed a formation and implementation plan to install the desktop information system and train personnel on how to properly administer the system.

* Developed and executed an Information Technology Literacy Plan to resolve the problem of knowledge deficiency in sixth grade students regarding Open Source Software and Computer use. * Undertook a preventive computer maintenance drive; disassembling and cleaning desktop computers as well as installing, configuring and updating Linux operating systems and open source applications on the computers in the school’s laboratory.
