Taught a variety of English language classes for elementary, middle school, and high school students.-Secured the highest student retention rate across all Seoul branches by leading weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with low performing instructors, increasing customer satisfaction survey results by 20%-Successfully attained buy-in from 40+ instructors on the branch’s decision to use tablet technology in the classroom by leading multiple hands-on training and Q&A sessions during the first month of technology roll-out

• Interviewed and recruited students for an online university and managed and reviewed all official admissions paper work for each student interviewed and accepted, including all entrance applications and essays. • Advised students throughout the entire admissions process by corresponding with students via email and by telephone, and also acted as the direct link to other departments ( e.g. financial aid, student affairs, academics).• Wrote and prepared recommendation memoranda for students and presented recommended student applications for acceptance to the director of admissions at acceptance meetings. • Monitored and worked with students from the day they were accepted to the day they graduated by counseling students regarding their academic goals, programs, and class schedules.Significant Achievements• Recruitment, Enrollment and Retention: During the first permanent month of employment, recruited and enrolled a total of 11 students in one month. Despite high turnover rates experienced by the university as a whole, personally saw to the recruitment, enrollment and ultimate graduation of six students by consistent and persistent support and encouragement. Received four rewards/certificates from the university in recognition of high student enrollment and retention.• Students in the Military: Recruited and enrolled members of the United States military. Managed and monitored students’ academic progress through weekly telephone calls that accommodated their schedules while stationed overseas.
