I was a barista for three years, and handled a variety of tasks such as managing supplies needed to operate the store, running services such as handling food and drinks throughout my shift, and maintaining a clean, efficient work environment and store. Alongside that, I was also highly skilled at customer service, making sure that customers felt connected through strong problem resolution skills, active engagement with customers, and making sure that the store operated at the highest Starbucks standards.The most important skill that I have learned throughout my time at Starbucks however was my ability to work well with a small team, maintain professional and efficient communication, be flexible to meet the teams needs, and foster a strong work ethic amongst one another.

I worked as a retail sales associate at American Eagle and was primarily in charge of customer interaction and engagement, due to my prior experience working with people. I would not only operate cashier, meticulously maintain store appearances, and help with changing room / backroom operations, I would also make sure that each customer was greeted and assisted if needed. I also successfully increased credit card sign-ups and reward programs for the store.

I worked as a general merchandise employee who restocked and organized supplies in both the front and back end of the store. Towards the end of my time at Target I became a flex employee and filled in occupations where needed; I was a cashier, self-checkout employee, general merchandise, and even customer service depending on what the store needed that day.
