As the President of World Smart Cities Forum (WSCF), a non-profit company based in London and New York. I lead the vision and strategy for the municipalities how to deal with the urban challenges. With 10+ years of experience, I established WSCF as a trusted partner and advisor for metropolitan cities around the world by providing them with the mechanism of sustainable growth model for their cities. I also leverage my expertise in corporate finance, GovTech, AI, and smart city design to empower tech startups and SMEs that are able to provide the city with the right solutions and service. Through XnTREE, a tech accelerator that I co-founded, I facilitate the collaboration and investment between the private sector and the public sector by enabling the development and implementation of smart city pilot testbeds within the TWIN CITIES Initiative. Smart City Master PlannerPresidential Committee On The Fourth Industrial Revolution Of South Korea Government Apr 2018 - Aug 2018I was appointed as the Master Planner of the national smart city pilot project promoted by the South Korean government in 2017 and established a master plan for the smart city national project of Busan Eco Delta City with a size of $1.5 billion. Busan Eco Delta City is a project carried out by the central government and Busan City from 2018 to 2024. In addition to making a master plan, I worked with the government to enact the Smart City Special Act and the Deregulation Act. The master plan was officially announced on July 24, 2018, and it was formalized as a model for a national pilot project after approval by the National Land Commission.
