In addition to core responsibilities as an iOS developer, taught 60+ students in CS 1998: Introduction to iOS Development during lectures and office hours and graded coding projects as a teaching assistant

‣ Led a team of five students to initiate and spearhead a student-government-led reform of the campus-wide printing system, composed of 128 locations and 200 printers, to achieve financial savings and improve service usability and reliability‣ Achieved purchasing economies of scale and passed on the financial savings to users through 200 free printing credits for all 23,000 students and a 30%+ reduction of per-page rates by centralizing the contracting and ownership of printers across colleges and units‣ Reduced IT staff burden, administrative overhead, and supply costs by standardizing the printer fleet, deployment, and maintenance, enabling ongoing financial savings for the university

‣ Oversaw and managed 12 committees as Executive Committee chair and improved organizational efficiency by building an online, institutional knowledgebase of standard operating procedures and establishing a new assemblymember onboarding process‣ Generated financial savings for all 15,000 undergraduates by auditing the $3.5 million 2018-2020 Student Activity Fee allocations for student organizations, thereby reducing the mandatory fee from $241 to $234 per student‣ Spearheaded the assembly’s efforts to expand its online presence by creating a renovated website and directing a social media campaign for increased student engagement, resulting in 7,000 new annual website users
