Born in South Korea, Jae-Woo grew up in L.A., and prior to his 7 year stint in Switzerland partially during and after his Ph.D., he studied electrical and computer engineering, receiving his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from Caltech.------------------------------------I have worked at all stages of product development as a technologist, from my PhD to startups with successful acquisition at Aurora Flight Sciences becoming Boeing, launching a successful product line while at FARO, and defining the technical strategy and vision while supervising >35 machine learning scientists, engineers, and managers at Wayfair.
