- Design, develop and implement business functionality in the Woodmac suite of products.- Review, research, recommend and implement new technologies/design patterns throughout the suite of Woodmac products to ensure they remain at the forefront of innovation.- Actively debug, problem-solve and correct any issues discovered in existing software products.- Mentor, teach and participate in technical discussions with other development team members.- Contribute in the review and testing of Woodmac’s software products to ensure they adhere to Woodmac very high standard of quality control and assurance.- Enthusiastically work with the business intelligence team to develop detailed requirements and specifications for new software opportunities.- Help with technical support for all the Woodmac products when required.- Provide reports and updates to the Senior Research Manager as required.

- Designed and developed an e-commerce web application optimized for all cross-browser for clients.- Followed agile methodology and coordinated with the client to ensure that team members are held accountable and that deliverables are met.- Integrated Redux to manage the global state within the React app.- Developed several responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.

- Assist customers with service/repair issues, discusses product with customers to determine product problems and service requirements. - Answers questions regarding product installation and operation. - Correctly and fully completes repair tags for all product lines, verifies proper paperwork, and documents items included with unit. - Offers estimate of work to be done if applicable. - Contacts customers regarding status of repair; solicits additional information if needed, and provides work estimates. - Contacts customers when item is repaired and/or received from Service Center. - Educates customer to prevent similar problems.
