Senior Lead for Managed Services Transport at STC\HUAWEI MST Project in the East region, I oversee a team consisting of 5 Maintenace Centers (Dammam, Jubail, Jouf, Al-AHSA, Northern Border), 5 regional supervisors, over 100 Field Maintenance Engineers (FMEs), and 8 Spare Part Supervisors. My responsibilities include but not limed : Conducting troubleshooting of network equipment from leading providers such as CISCO, ALU, NOKIA, and HUAWEI to identify faulting areas and collaborating with decision-makers for resolution. Developing and implementing procedures and specifications for operational execution within the organization, ensuring adherence to company policies and achieving agreed SLAs for services. Managing Incident/Fault and Problem Management processes to ensure swift resolution and minimal downtime. Acting as the primary interface with customers for HUAWEI MS Fault Management, delivering diagnostics and root cause analysis reports. Supporting investigations into major service outages and ensuring planned outages are conducted within maintenance windows. Overseeing FOC Patrolling activities according to customer plans and devising action plans for critical sections and recurring cable cut incidents. Supervising FOC final repairs to meet customer requirements and ensuring quality assurance and control for operational processes, including EHS compliance, corrective and preventative actions, and planning activities. Conducting daily follow-ups on Patrolling routes, Spare KPIs, Abnormal Work Orders, Running Work Orders, team utilization, and PMR metrics.
