Conveyor operate and maintenance, my responsibility is to monitoring SCADA (Supervisory control and Data Acquisition),all three kinds of maintenance(Preventive, Corrective & Emergency) supervised in our BHS (Baggage Handling System).Those works maintain by following SOP (Standard Operation Procedure).Every day we starting our duty by conducting safety tool box topics. This remind us to safe work in every single step.• Mechanical spare parts monitoring.• Take decisions and necessary fall back procedures in case of system breakdown and communicate with stake holders and the airport operators BHS user team.• Carry out site surveys and compile technical reports.• Maintenance for motor gear boxes, compressors, pumps, hydraulic systems and belt conveyors.• Work under the guidance of Duty Managers in BHS for maintenance and resolving faults.• Service of BHS conveyor belts, shafts, pulley, gears, bearing.• Hands on maintenance experience in the mechanical service of Air compressors, Motors, gearboxes, conveyor belts systems.• Field service skills with a proven, demonstrable track record of repairing and the maintenance of mechanical equipment for BHS systems.• Clearly follow instructions.• Foster good relations with colleagues and be a good team player.• Able to work with minimum supervision under stringent deadlines and high pressure environment.• Hands on experience working with conveyor belt systems, motors etc.
