I also mitigate risk and ensure close regulatory engagement in complex, multi-jurisdictional operations.As Regional President and Head of CIB for Wells Fargo APAC, I drove business transformation that grew revenues and market share, delivered improved profitability and established market prominence in many of our core products. I also diversified geopolitical risk and enhanced efficiency through a rationalisation of our regional network and the creation of dual hubs in Hong Kong and Singapore.A champion of diversity and inclusion, I have worked hard to deliver meaningful improvements, raising the proportion of women in senior leadership positions from 33% to almost 50% and achieving best-in-class employee engagement scores across a diverse workforce based in ten countries. I have worked throughout the economic cycle, providing funding to diverse clients, with an excellent track record of generating strong risk returns that includes navigating major credit restructurings following the global financial crisis in 2008.
