The work and tasks involved are: Property management, facilities’ management, supervising daily activities of technicians and contractors, undertaking and supervising daily checks, servicing and maintenance, client services, ensuring customer satisfaction with service quality, supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning (sanitation), maintenance and security, overseeing Healthy Safe Environment (HSE) and sustainability initiatives, proactively proffering solutions to issues arising on site and providing solutions to potential problems within the estate.
