Job Responsibilities: Analyzing Current stocks level and goods in transit level. Forecasting the demand of all products on weekly basis. Placing purchase orders to our china branch on weekly basis after forecasting the monthly sales. Tracking orders with lead time of productions and arrangements of goods. Controlling the shipping cost of goods in case of exportation, shipping and other cost. Coordinating with china logistics team and arranging documents to clear the import shipment in Dubai port as per JAFZA procedures. Maintaining the stock flow and level of products. Accept orders from distributors in Middle East, Asia, and CIS countries by coordinating with salesman and customers. Coordinating with customers and salesman from the orders receipt to delivery. Liaising with Shipping lines and Forwarders for best quotation. Handled payment terms like L/C (Letter of Credit), CAD (Cash against Documents). Documentation as per destination requirements. Having knowledge of SCM (Supply Chain Management). Supporting internal and external customers and responding in time.  Warehouse planning, monitoring storage, budget, delivery and dispatch of orders. Ensuring quality, health, safety and security in the work environment. Training of staff and monitoring staff performance. Motivating and encouraging teamwork to ensure objectives of Organization and Sales targets.
