1.Inspection of Plant (Industrial and medical gases) equipment and machinery for hazard and safety violation.2.Coordinate statutory audits & implementation of recommended actions.3.Participate & advice in new & improvement projects for compliance and best practice environmental and social standard.4.Monitor occupational incidences & hazards & report to higher management.5.Work collaboratively with all departments across unit in order to achieve & maintain accredation & highest standard of care, patient & employee safety.6.Responsible for staff awareness & training on best HSE behaviour and practice.7.Set up or update & implement a monitoring system to check on compliance of set standards.Conduct internal audits for the preperation of servelience audit againts ISO 9001:2008 & 14001:2004.Implementation of standards ISO 9001:2008 and 14001:2004.8.Risk assesment and workplace inspection for health & safety of worker, machine and fire safety inspection, issue corrective action plans to concern depart and proper follow up to rectify the hazards.9.Conduct monthly HSE meeting with zone incharge, discussion on raised HSE issues as per designed check list and suggest the control measures.10.Suggest engineering and administrative control measure for identified hazards.11.Conduct employee HSE training as per their job description and identified workplace hazards.12.Enforce the HSE company policy, rules and regulation.

1.Plant Start up and Shut down smoothly as per designed SOP.2.Plant operation, production planing as per instruction/supervision of Plant Manager.3.Assist Plant Manager in the investigation of operational incidents and the development of corrective and preventive measures.4.Condition monitoring of all plant equipment and machinery.Prepare monthly Plant ( industrial & medical gases) production report to analyse the monthly plant performance.5.Participation in the development, update and review of HAZOP, P& ID and SOPs.6.Conduct safe performance of work by following the company SHEQ system, policies and procedures.Coordinate with other departments in troubleshooting and follow up for timely corrective action for plant maximum performance.7.Coordinate with electrical, instrument and maintenance department for routine and scheduled maintenance activities during plant operation and shutdown.
