Oversee the day-to-day operations (Retail & Wholesale) which includes: Business Development• Keep an eye on government tenders & participate in the relevant ones. • Participation in Global & Regional Exhibitions & Events like "Gulfood" - UAE , Sweets & Snacks Middle East - UAE and ISM Cologne Germany to acquire new business opportunities & Trends and to prospect new products for import & distribution in local market • Expansion: Discover new business opportunities & Identify new prime locations for expansion of new branches by making regular visits for targeted areas• Vendor/Supplier relations: Trade Credit terms negotiation(Limit/Days), shelf display space rental agreements,co-branding, annual rebates, discounts, promotional support, etcAdministration• Purchasing: PO Policies Approval, Min/Max Stock-Level, Auto-Replenishment criteria setting • Policies for Pricing & New Inventory Items evaluation for listing, • Reporting : Ensure proper reporting of all business activities• Audit: Periodically perform stock audit to ensure accurate stock value reporting & identify any shrinkage causes. • Company’s lease agreements,Insurance Policies,Maintenance , government related (SIO/LMRA/MoL/Municipality/EWA)• Financing : work with banks in order to get required funding for the business. • HR: newcomers training & evaluation, salaries, capacity planning.• Financial matters : payables, receivables, cash reconciliation, Fixed Assets acquisition, Supplier payment approval • Control of Store inventory stocktaking.

Responsible for All Activities in the New Accounts Process for Corporate Cards Business & Reporting directly to The Head of Risk ManagementPerform Business,Credit Risk & Financial Analysis & Interpretation on Corporate proposals & make recommendation for senior management with respect to exposure/limit assignment and other related matters. Also gathering & analyzing credit information on current & potential proposals & assist account managers in finalizing credit proposals documentations.KYC Due Diligence CDD, Simplified or Enhanced EDD depend of Risk class and if PEP or not. Subject matter expert in ownership documentation & legal entities (Ownership structure, Signing & delegation authorities, Ultimate beneficiary owner ) with accordance to CBB Rulebook & legal requirements. Also AML Checks. • Corporate Proposals/New Setups Underwriting & Re-Underwriting.• Supervise Corporate Add-on Cards applications processing.• Exposure Management & Limit Assignment on Corporate & Card level.• Owner of CUE ( Corporate Underwriting Engine) Internal Credit Rating Tool.• Monthly Departmental MIS Preparation as part of Risk Pack with relevant KPIs.

In addition to all the responsibilities of the analyst, I was responsible for:• Monthly Departmental MIS Preparation as part of Risk Pack.• Quality Assurance (QA) on Junior Analyst work• Exceptional /Deviations reviews & recommendation for final approval• UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for charge card • Review & Analysis of Financial Reports for Corporate Proposals & give Recommendation to Senior Risk management for Final Approval

Perform full credit Risk review analysis & decision on all types & levels of Consumer Charge & Revolve Credit Cards Products. This Includes:• Documentation full reviews to meet KYC & Credit Policy requirements • Application scorecard • Credit Limit Assignment• Extensive Bank Statement Analysis• Analyze Credit behavior for existing customers. • Securities adequacy( Guarantee Checks/promissory notes/Guarantee letter etc)• Identify any suspicious application in according to Anti-Money laundering AML guidelines & FATF• Other verification (Credit Bureau,OFAC,Previous History,Complinet, EmCredit, Embounce,Kuwait MoJ Cases,Bankers Almanac, Original Seen & more)

Perform supportive tasks to the new accounts analysts such as:• Perform charge card scorecard.• Calculation of Income & Average bank balance from bank statement.• Perform Credit Bureau Report search.• Credit Application Capturing for Charge & Revolve Credit Cards.• Process Supplementary Credit Cards.• Courier Log preparation.• Telephone verification with prospects as part of Customer Due Diligence procedure.• Verify the completeness of Application/proposal documentation & reject/decline incomplete ones.• Search for any previous negative/bad experience/history• OFAC Screening (To detect persons/entities under sanction or Politically Exposed Person PEPs)
