Led recruiting for Twitch's Monetization, Video Infrastructure and Design Organizations. I worked closely with executives to plan headcount and organizational alignment, built job descriptions, got finance and HR approval, and worked with candidates until the position was closed. I led Twitch recruiting in hires for a number of years, greatly exceeding our teams hiring metrics. I led trainings for new employees and leaders on how to interview and hire successfully at Twitch. I also worked with community groups to help spread awareness of Twitch while hiring a diverse array of candidates from a wide range of locations and backgrounds.

Working closely with our Operations and Security teams to help build out our engineering teams! Yelp engineering is a team of incredibly smart, passionate, and hardcore developers. We push code daily, tackle huge amounts of data, and are in 31 countries and counting. Our web site serves approximately 142 million monthly unique users, and we host north of 77 million user-written reviews of local businesses.Our culture is based on working well with others, tenacity, and being un-boring. We have quarterly hackathons, host weekly meetups, have team offsites, and weekly happy hours.Yelp engineering is growing! We're currently at 300 people total and we are looking for awesome developers to help us tackle the exciting engineering challenges ahead of us.

Oversaw 40 international contributors, built relationships with numerous contacts within fashion and entertainment industry including The Hundreds, Crooks & Castles and Rocawear. Expanded international reach of the site to China, Japan, England and others.Saw the site grow from 170,000 ranked in the world to 85,000, with an increase from 3,500 daily visitors to 11,000 unique visitors a day. Wrote and published over 10 articles a day that ranged from shoe previews, to television reviews to interviews with executives at And1, adidas, Rocawear and Reebok. Produced a weekly web series that reviewed products, broke leads on the streetwear and sneaker industry and interviewed numerous artists and designers throughout New York City.
