Identified target suppliers, and established expectations, action plans and results to deliver required improvements and sustainability.★ Lead in data analysis for strategic decision making and identification of out of control processes which avoided cost and increased cycle times.★ Devising & implementing best practices, policies, procedures & lean initiatives in regard to local materials management initiatives.★ Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.★ Working with inventory department to restructure inventory system, providing a more accurate ordering process.★ Organizing cross-functional team meetings with engineers, purchasing, and other department personnel to improve the overall communications.
