As a product flow specialist at Best Buy for three years, I was responsible for ensuring the delivery, availability, and accuracy of products in the store. I worked with a team of associates to provide excellent customer service, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the product flow process. I am working towards a degree in music from Lone Star College-CyFair, and I attended Texas State University for one year to study computer engineering. I have a passion for both music and technology, and I enjoy learning new skills and exploring new opportunities. I have two years of prior experience as a crew trainer at McDonald's, where I developed my interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. I am looking for a new challenge where I can apply my retail and interpersonal skills, as well as my music and tech knowledge, to a dynamic and innovative environment.
