Educated as a refrigeration engineer, I've cultivated a successful career that has spanned over four decades.I began my professional journey at Northern Cooling Ltd, working as a Refrigeration Engineer. This foundational experience honed my technical skills and fostered a deep understanding of the industry. My hands-on experience, combined with a strong commitment to customer service, allowed me to effectively navigate the complexities of this sector.In 1982, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey and established TJ Refrigeration Services. As a Sole Trader, I expanded my understanding of business operations and developed a keen sense for identifying potential challenges and delivering innovative solutions.In 1994, I became the Managing Director and CEO of TJ Refrigeration Ltd. Under my leadership, the company has seen significant growth. I've prioritized delivering exceptional customer service and comprehensive solutions in refrigeration installation, service, maintenance, design, and air conditioning.From 2008 to 2013, I also served as the Managing Director at TJ Refrigeration Northern Ltd, focusing on strengthening client relationships and evaluating the work of consultants and contractors to ensure optimal service delivery.Since 2008, I've concurrently held the position of Manager Director at Rochelle Northern Ltd R. Here, I've directed the strategic growth of the company, developing innovative product offerings, and leading a high-performing team.Throughout my career, I have committed myself to driving excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the relevance and competitiveness of my businesses in the market.In essence, I bring to the table not just the technical expertise but also a rich blend of leadership, strategic planning, and a customer-centric approach.
