Regular supervision of systematic counting and verification of physical inventories to establish inventory record accuracy Lead the team to accomplish the given task of maintaining proper control on regular inventory counts, bin maintenance, cycle counting and stock relocation. To be identify flaws and resolve inventory concerns in a timely manner. Investigate stock discrepancies, reporting all findings to the Warehouse Manager and update the same in the system (ERP-Oracle) Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels, monitor product movement, and optimize stock rotation to minimize obsolescence. Reporting of inventory results, monthly stock level and Warehouse Utilization in daily and monthly basis. Coordinate with the procurement team to order spare parts as needed. Handle returns and exchanges for defective or incorrect parts. Ensure spare parts are stored in a well-organized manner for easy retrieval. Use appropriate shelving, labeling, and storage methods to maximize space and efficiency. Control and track expenses related to warehouse operations. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective strategies. Scheduling vacation time for Warehouse Staff without interrupting WH operation. Coordinate with HRD for all Warehouse staff HR-related issues. Handle all ERP (HR) functions for the warehouse staff including Leave, Attendance, Transfer and new recruitment follow-up procedures Show less
