Spearheaded new production solutions by revamping calendar workflow, creating a new invoice tracking system, and using Excel to co-design and program a barcode system for in-house inventory tracking. Further, I oversaw production agendas and crew hires during our shoot with client Robinhood for their IPO promotional video.
