SMART LEARNING is at the core of innovation but only if it is waste free and sustainable.In order to make this happen I’ve spent the last 5 years applying an user centric approach and Lean principles to internal SMART LEARNING projects.I am currently supporting BSH to built up a new Learning Campus in Traunreut which contains SMART LEARNING ingredients like / VR-AR Virtual BSH Campus / Hybrid Learning Rooms / VR-AR Virtual Factory Tours / VR-AR Virtual Museum Tour / 1-Touch Broadcasting Center / VR-AR Virtual ValueStreamMapping / eLearning Journey ValueStreamOrganization.I also leverage: • Lean process design and management skills that I learnt while managing the production architecture of BSH cooking division. There I learned how complexity can be broken down by following Lean Principles and using SMART LEARNING to explain complex content to our organization.• A diverse background, while working on different areas (production, logistics, supplier development, IE, & Lean), different cultures (Poland, Mexico, Germany), different industries (OEM, automotive suppliers, consumer industry), and different companies (Audi, Hella, and Bosch).I strongly believe in Intrapreneurship, an attitude learnt during my experience as the co-founder of a Meat Factory in Mexico as well as co-founder of a marble household brand LuHoM. Former professional skiing teacher, a profession that taught me to lead people in challenging situation and to always becoming a better version of myself as father, husband and leader.
