I have successfully handled emergency situation like power failure, steam failure, instrument air failure, Fire, Hydrocarbon leak through flange, DCS failure, Feed pump failure etc. I aligned daily process of the unit including timely handover of the equipment for preventive maintenance to minimize untimely equipment failure and preventing unplanned shutdown.I was also in charge of running once through (two stage) hydrocracker Unit (Licensor Chevron, USA) with maximum product yield by maintaining optimum reactor conditions in all the three reactors.
