 Planning project, scoping, estimation, tracking, within pre-set budgets and deadlines (as per Best Practice guidelines). Managing entire gamut of tasks pertaining delivery management, program management, solution architecting, application design, development, testing, implementation, production support, pre-sales, RFPs, preparing SOW, financial & quantitative analysis, vendor management, vendor SLA management and risk management. Handling (Onsite / Offshore) Delivery Models and Programme Management for technical deliverables of concurrent projects in geographically dispersed locations. Defining escalation / response / resolution time for reported problems on the basis of criticality as well as functioning as Single Point of Contact / interface for supporting client on various project and technical issues. Undertaking resource requirement analysis, both for software and manpower and meeting deadlines without compromising on quality norms. Managing all phases of the SDLC including design, development, testing, troubleshooting, debugging and software implementation, warranty and support at client location. Achieving customer satisfaction by ensuring compliance with service quality norms and building the brand image by exceeding customer expectations. Mentoring team members, deploying associates as per their skill levels, monitoring their performance, supporting their development and managing the recruitment, training and counselling of associates.

This is a pro bono position helping IPDP in achieving it's Core Objectives Of The Trust: Welfare and Development and empowerment of the urban and rural poor. To promote awareness of various social issues, including health, education, gender discrimination, human rights and legal entitlement. To provide Vocational skills training for young people in the slums. To conduct workshops and seminars on issues relating to women and children. To establish child communication networks within and between schools. To campaign and lobby on behalf of those we support, at the level of both state and national Government. To provide pre-primary education & non formal education for poor children in the slum communities. To provide food for Government & aided school children in Karnataka. To provide services for disabled widows & senior citizens for the needy people. To organize self help groups & helping the women in incoming generation Activities.
