Job Description Recruitment and Selection:• Creating and administering recruitment test tools across all job levels.• Filling up unique positions and mass campus recruitment (Staff Nurse, Graduates and Post graduates in management).• Handling centralized talent acquisition for all level of employees.• To develop and co-ordinate in training, for new employees during their onboarding induction training in mass recruitment.Performance Management System & Management Information System:• Preparing & presenting monthly Group HR MIS for Forecasting and developing control measures in HR budget.• Analyzing employee productivity across all departments and working out strategies for improvement.• Conducting annual performance appraisal in consonance with functional heads.• Consolidating PMS across all units and projecting to management for approval.Statutory Compliance & Audit:• Handling statutory compliances/Government regulations/document processing & Interaction with government officials and adherence to regulations.• Ensuring 100% statutory compliance for all units.• Conducting HR internal audit periodically in all the units for recruitment procedure, on boarding, payroll, benefits, employee data and compliances.Other HR Processes• Monthly salary process control checking across units.• New Payroll ERP implementation & coordination process in units.• Coordinate and facilitate employee events in units.• Providing HR leadership by monitoring, measuring and reporting HR issues.• Suggesting way to improve employee satisfaction and assist management with constructive criticism activities.
