I joined in Ford India on 1998 to 2010 as a Production Technician in Body Shop, Welding the Car Panel Metal Sheet to making Car Body and doing Final Inspection in Metal Finish. To achieve the production target & doing Kaizens activities in line side, Startup doing 5's activities in daily basis. Getting training of Team Building / Conflict Management / GFPS / PFMEA etc.I am Promoted as a Team Leader since in 2010 to 2022, making production of Car Engine manufacturing in engine plant. Updating the quality records and production outcomes in date-to-date production. Manage the team members and giving training to develop the skills. I had an 24years experience of Automobile industry of Ford India in Chennai Plant.In between on 2011, I move to MP&L department for Capacity Expansion support in TCF, handling Receiving / Shipping / CSY & Market Place teams. Planning for Inventory Control & Rack Modification of major activities, taking Cycle Time study and understand the issue for Time balancing (WBB)
