Meeting Client defined Quality metricsConduct internal and external audits, client surveys etc. for process compliance management, Sharing audit reports, ensuring implementation of corrective action planning.Responsible for account wide process design, deployment and compliance.Strengthen Quality management processes to improve quality targetsManage all the changes in the process and smooth transition of any process from old to new.Understand and capture reporting requirements of the client.Drive Creativity/Innovation, Process Improvement Initiatives in the process.Plan, Delegate, Communicate, and Control work goals and objectives or quantitative and qualitative work standards to be achieved by subordinates.Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, targets, development process, standards, techniques and tools to support taskAssure that the team addresses all relevant issues within the specifications and various standardsMentor, develop, and motivate subordinates to improve current performance.Ensure deliverables meet the project requirements, cost and schedule objectivesCoordinate meetings with Operations Manager to discuss project impediments, resource requirements or issues/delays in completing the taskWork with Operations Managers and the team sponsor's to obtain necessary resources to support the project resource requirementsCoordinate with internal and external customers as necessaryOne point of contact for all customer escalationsResolve problems and create cohesiveness of process and understanding between departments.Reporting status of the tasks to Operations Manager and Customer on a regular basis.
