Started Career with a 3 years Intership stint with a Chartered Accountant firm involved in various internal and statutory audits for reputed names and went on to work for 7 years for a NY based Hedge Fund Company as a Senior Financial Analyst. Moved on to Business Development Role in the HR Industry. Worked as Business Unit Head handling Overseas HR Recruitment Consulting Division for close to 10 years focusing on GCC and SEA Markets. Currently heading Business Development Division with a Domestic Staffing firm handling various HR related Services including Contract Staffing, Permanent Recruitment, Background Checks, Payroll & Compliance Solutions.Passionate about helping young minds realize their potential and having a positive impact. This is also a reflection of the passion to teach that comes from my own love for learning.
