Responsibilities Handled Project Management Acquires and understands the Project goals from given Specification from Client and corresponding documentation for the Project - kick-off meeting, Project Schedule as per the deliverables, Client Requirements, Quality, Completion approval stage wise & Handover. Execution of the Project like Assigning goals, Monitor performance activities, Involvement and Guide line of interdisciplinary, Speedup the sub-contracted activities, internal review activities and Project Completion Report based on the PME.Erection & Commissioning Handled day-to-day activities (Job Distribution, Safety Talk, Permit authorization etc…) Handled Erection, Pre-Commissioning, & Commissioning Activities as per the instrumentation Data Sheet Verification & Inspection Test Plan. Ability to Interpret Loop Drawing, Instrument Cabling & Termination drawings, Cable Schedule, Hook-Up Drawing, and P&ID Drawings. Instrumentation & Control Involved in loop checks and commissioning of various field instruments in various plants. Experience with Calibration and Functional Checks of various types of Smart Instruments, Sensors and Final Control Elements. Testing & Commissioning of Logic and Interlocks. Handled field modifications, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting works, Process Flow Diagrams and P&ID’s.Maintenance & Operations Coordinated with client’s operation department for daily maintenance works. Handled Instrument Maintenance of the Process Units.  Preparation and Maintenance of all types of records for Quality Control Checks Including Calibration, Leak Checks, Punch List Clearance and other Inspections. Performing the functions of troubleshooting and breakdown / preventive / corrective / routine maintenance for reducing Instrumentation & Control downtime. Facilitating continuous improvement activities to eliminate the root cause of problem and prevent the recurrences of non-conformance.
