Responsible for daily financial transactions including Accounts payable, Accounts receivable and Taxation.

Managing Day to Day financial activities of the company and directly reporting to MD India (Japanese Expat).

Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of the business activities.Supervising staff from different departments (Finance, HR & Operations).Managing monthly statutory compliances - GST, PF, TDS & ESIC.

•Provide strategic & leadership direction to the Operations & Finance and HR team.•Manage performance and development of the team members by providing timely coaching to them.•Manage company finances and prepare business growth review reports for Senior Management/ Stakeholders.•Gather information and perform an initial assessment of clients’ problematic situations and provide realistic solutions, guidance, and support for improved customer satisfaction levels.•Timely submission of reports to management related to company performance, growth, and new initiatives.

Handling tour and travel accounting, file costing and profitability, following up with supplier and hotelier payments, reconciling supplier/vendor/hotelier/airline accounts.
