Zero-one hundred in less than 2 weekends. While I was pursuing my MIT Certification in "AI in Business Strategy", my thesis included an idea of how AI will impact in the next few years. We proved that productivity and ability to build software products in the near future will become accessible through LLM. To prove this, we ideated, designed the architecture, wrote 80,000 lines of code to build a Chrome extension and launched it in Chrome store(all using ChatGPT). Losing my family during the pandemic exposed the vulnerabilities in Indian healthcare system first hand. Inspired by the book "Deep Medicine: How Artificial Intelligence Can Make Healthcare Human Again", I began to do research into the healthcare ecosystem in India. Spending 100s of hours talking to few 100 doctors to understand the true pain in the healthcare system according to doctors. This led to a realization that there are 3 key problems, 1. Doctors are unable to understand patient's history without accurate data2. Patients consistently change doctors that further bifurcated data3. Pharmacies are the buyer of SaaS tools for doctors in India We began to build our MVP which was to support the most common use case of Out patient visits and data collection. We spend a number of weeks observing the operations of 5 different hospitals to collect workflows in a lifecycle of an outpatient visit. We developed 3 different portals:1. doctor.mangos.ai - Easy to use doctor's portal that allows voice to text transcription for recording the complete visit and provides automated diagnosis entry, predict tests and further diagnosis based on industry standards, and finally create a digital prescription that can be shared with the patient via WhatsApp. 2. We also built a hospital management platform: care.mangos.ai for hospitals to manage patient information and assign doctors as they walk in. 3. Mobile app for patients to access their files and directly reach out to doctors and schedule appointments. Mangos AI support video chat mode which helped doctors to virtually provide consultation during Covid. We have paused the efforts to reassess our strategy. Our code is still live and our early adopters still use our stable version.

Growing up in a family who were movie enthusiasts, and movie producers, I had always been passionate in art creation. Right after high school, I was pursuing director, post production, and sometimes acting if I like the role. Each of these movies take months to create an launch. All the way from Story boarding, to identifying locations, planning for the shooting (that sometimes includes getting permissions from local authorities), editing, post production scores and music, and promotion. And each of the movies will involve at least 50 people playing a key role in the entire movie making process.
