Primarily responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying business opportunities, RFP/RFI, Proposal Presentation, Closure call, Contracts, Project Kick Off, Account Management & Mining, CRM, Pipeline Management, Staffing, invoicing, Collection etc. Prepare necessary presentations, proposals for client interaction for selling IT products and Services (Cloud technologies IoT, UX/UI etc). Identified new business opportunities and leads for key clients with SaaS. Build, implement and continuously generate through Cold calling, and email campaigns for selling IT product and services. Work with various internal stakeholders and achieve team targets. Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients. Use Salesforce as CRM tool. Developing and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients for selling IT products and Services.

Perform pre-call analysis and check status by calling the payer or using IVR or web portal services. Maintain adequate documentation on the client software to send necessary documentation to insurance companies and maintain a clear audit trail for future reference. Record after-call actions and perform post call analysis for the claim follow-up. Perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for underpayment, days in A/R, top denial reasons, use appropriate codes to be used in documentation of the reasons for denials/ underpayments. Follow-up with insurance carriers for claim status. Provide accurate product/ service information to the customer, research available documentation including authorization, nursing notes, medical documentation on clients systems, interpret explanation of benefits received, etc prior to making the call.
