Technology operation support to enterprise applications, web services applications and servers and ensures uptime and scalability of physical data centres and AWS and GCP cloud based architecture. Work in close collaboration with software development teams and other engineering stakeholders in CI/CD process and deployments as a part of day to day work.Responsibilities include:#Troubleshoot priority incidents, facilitate blameless post-mortems and ensure permanent closure of incidents.#Work experience in collaborative environment to deploy, configure, and maintain systems, which include software installations, updates, and core services.#Work with in house cross function software development teams and other engineering stakeholders to help them resolve their issues or queries.#Maintain the reliability, stability, and efficiency of the platform, including being an active participant in incident response and incident management.#Automate and optimize processes using tools like Puppet, Terraform, Ansible, Rundeck, Github and Jira.#Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.#Developing proactive monitoring, alerting, and log analysis systems and improve end-to-end system performance, identify bottlenecks and potential failures.#Document every action so your findings turn into repeatable actions–and then into automation.#Work experience in Project & source control (GitHub Enterprise, Jira)#Monitoring and logging tools (Nagios, New Relic, PagerDuty, VictorOps)#Continuous Integration platforms tools Bamboo#Familiarity with load balancing like Citrix#DNS, Networking - Firewalls and Load Balancing#Virtual application and web servers (Apache, NGINX)#Infrastructure deployment tools like Terraform, docker#Configuration management tools like Puppet, Cfengine#Proficiency in python/shell scripting.
