1) Handling Liquid and Powder Flavours compounding.2) Conduct the required Sampling and Testing of Incoming Direct Materials and Finished Blends per established specification, test methods, and per quality system requirements.3) Maintain Organized and updated stock of Raw materials in the lab.4) Flavours Evaluation Methods.5) knowledge of Flavours Raw Materials.6) Developing Confectionery Products like high Boilings,fat Boilings, Toffees, jellies and gums. 7) Developing Bakery Products like Biscuits and Bread and Creams.8) Safe handling ofHazardous Material and Calibrate /verify the instruments.9) Maintaining a clean and orderly laboratory environment in accordance with EH&S guidelineas and good laboratory practices.10) Bulk Sweet Fruit Flavours And Seasoning Production.11)  Co-ordinate with warehouse team to check the raw material availability for daily production activity. 12) Execute the production activities without any interruption in order to meet the target.
