My role is to edit photos of the recent launch items of the company and promote them on their social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram.

My role is to edit the picture of the cars available for rent, editing like blurring the plate numbers and then uploading it to the website or the application. I am also responsible for updating the status of the car on the website/app whether it is ready for rent, if it's on rent, or if it is for repair or missing. I am also the one to report to another department whatever repair the car needs, like a broken windshield, missing side mirror, flat tire, etc. I am also the one to check with the mechanical dept. the status of the car on repair and if there are parts that needed to be purchased from a supplier, when they will be fixed, and when they will be available on the website/app for renting. I am also the one to check the registration of the cars whether it is for renewal or renewed. And upload it to the car's profile on the website/application.

My role is to answer customers' queries via email, chat, or call, check the status of their payments, update their account information and help with their payment transaction to be completed.

My role is to answer customers' queries, check the status of flights/itinerary, update their travel details, and reschedule/cancel their flights whether it's because of a schedule change or sudden change of plans.
