Following this, I transitioned into a pivotal role in Process Quality within the Cold Forging and Thread Rolling sector, where I have accumulated a decade of rich experience. Currently, I serve as an Assistant Manager, entrusted with overseeing crucial operations within the manufacturing domain.Throughout my journey, I have assimilated invaluable insights, particularly in technical proficiency and quality management system documentation. My focus has consistently revolved around preemptive measures, emphasizing defect prevention rather than correction. This approach has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and product quality.In 2010, I spearheaded two Quality Circles at Suspension part manufacturing company resulting in substantial annual savings of 11.5 lakh rupees. Additionally, my recent involvement in the Green Partner Development program, in collaboration with the Hero MotoCorp team, has been immensely rewarding.
