• Review of all non personal complex account applications in order to identify deficiencies and to ensure all files are AML, ATF, QI compliant.• Follow regulatory requirements governed by IIROC and thoroughly review taxation documents to adhere to IRS and CRA guidelines.• Work closely with other groups within TD Waterhouse such as Compliance, Authorizations, Business Risk, Legal and GAML to obtain required approval for account openings. • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all TD Waterhouse and TD Canada Trust partners by taking ownership and resolving client issues in a timely manner.• Contribute to overall productivity by maximizing individual efficiency and productivity. • Maintain accurate records of incoming inquiries and follow up via the Ticketing System. • Support all business needs and requirements with flexibility and availability. • Provide full support to the Team Manager of the Complex Account team for special projects, as required.
