End User Experience Analyst At Best Buy Canada
CurrentReporting to the End User Technology Manager. Responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of IT infrastructure services. Areas of responsibility include supporting our enterprise Citrix, Virtual & Physical Desktop, Mobile and Identity & Access Management.Working closely with the support engineers, multiple outsourced service providers and technology vendors. The role combines project participation and operations support.ResponsibilitiesTechnology Engineering & Support- Supporting end user technologies where there is direct interaction with clients including senior executives.- Participating in ongoing technical enhancements, and strategic plans for future developments and directions for these services- Having a no quit attitude on tough technical issues- Performing deep analysis on network traces and system logfiles- Working with the Incident and Problem Management groups on root causes and proactive avoidance of future incidents.- Participating in a team on call rotation schedule- Extending hours during build/migration/support activity performed outside of business hours- Staying calm in high pressure situations
