The Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC) – the organisation responsible for delivering the required infrastructure, host country planning and operations and legacy projects for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 – has signed an agreement with Accor, a world-leading hospitality group, to manage operations and deliver services to Qatar’s host country real estate portfolio through the end of 2022.• Responsible for smooth on shift FOH Operations.• Leading & managing a team of 90+ multinational associates.Handover and decommissioning of the property.• Proper Key management and accommodation allocation.Provide the FOM and SOM with a summary of activities and operationsduring the shift.Resolving and taking appropriate actions on all issues/complaints.• Maintain property's level of cleanliness and sanitation (hygiene) inaccordance with company standards by conducting inspections and takingappropriate action.• Resolve complaints & requests and liaise with the concerned departments.
