During the first half of my work term, I focused on condition reports where I reported any notable wear on parts. In the second half of my work term, I was also assigned failure analysis reports where I had to use photos to not only report on wear on parts, but also identify that root cause of failure using component documentation about how the component works.

During my work term, I voluntarily recovered 5 laptops that were initially deemed inoperable and demonstrated adaptability by readying 5-10 printers for an order on short notice. For several orders, I managed the other 4 technicians and tracked progress with digital data entry to ensure timely completion.
