Daily, Weekly, Monthly, annually report Analysis and tracking audit report validation and preparation of performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and sharing repair trends to top management. Monitoring KPI, SLA and records of Warranty Returned units, Update for the warranty variation and find out the way to attain the actual status and update it to customer via mail communication. Monitor Service Engineer Performance by accounting their daily output and providing training to enrich their capacity and increasing their output building activity. Delivering training to service engineers for efficiently do the Troubleshooting & do fault analysis by providing practical training and providing manuals for all the different type of POS machine by L1, L2, L3 & L4 service levels. Tracking and providing monthly invoices data for maintenance of terminals to all customers like Paytm, Pine lab, Ezetap, all bank customers ICICI Bank, First Data, Fiserv, HDFC Bank, Yes Bank, Ezetap ETC coordinating with Pax Finance team. Managing smooth Quality Operation, Spares planning, Inventory Audit Management and terminals Inventory Processing for both inward and outward for Pax POS Solutions Pvt Ltd.
