I have led and managed numerous tax engagements for large multinational companies including FTSE 250 companies and large and mid cap private equity houses. I specialise in UK and International Corporate Tax advisory with particular focus on Transaction Tax for private equity transactions, corporate acquisitions, mergers, disposals, reorganisations and restructuring.
