Stores Customs & Logistics Played a key role in the Planning, Controlling & Monitoring of all the inward and outward materials/goods. Monitoring the receipt of materials, checking materials specifications and quantity as per Purchase Order.Monitoring & handling Repairs/ Rejection dispatch formalities in SEZ area with respect to all legal aspects. Arrangement of indigenous-abroad transportation for incoming-outgoing materials by raising NFA & Service Orders.Monitoring and maintaining the safety stock level of MRP items. Bill processing for payment to various agencies.Carrying out periodical physical stock verification of materials.Skillfully generating monthly MIS of fuel consumption, RGP/NRGP, logistic, receipts, issue, repairs, rejection, preservation, etc. 

Monitored the receipts of the materials related to 4 x125MW power project like transformers, cables, pumps, insulators, motors, machinery, heat exchangers, relays, switches, fuses, contactors, bearings, cement, structural & reinforcement, steel, pipes, grease, oils, safety equipments, laboratory equipments, administrative equipments and furniture, conveyor, steel cord and nylon belt, cable trays, conveyor rollers, bearings, tools, cleaners and adhesives, vulcanizing kits and cable joint kits, other consumables, etc.Adroitly conducted transactions related to stores & Logistic Functions functions through SAP.Significantly allowed claims for transit insurance and liaised with insurance agencies for transit damages.Involved in planning of space, racks, locations, etc., as per nature of the materials, provided the application of preservatives.Scrutinized inventory of regularly moving items by updating stock of reaching minimum level by stock out and thus kept the environmentally hazardous waste as per ISO norms.

 Receipt & issue of the materials related to nylon, polyester, spandex plant & scrap disposal. Adroitly received the receipt of imported materials and monitoring excise entries in RG 23 part-I, part-II. Carried out the Cash purchase and committee purchase of materials. Cost saving initiatives - Detention & demurrages avoided by timely unloading. Duplication of transportation. Steps taken to improve product delivery - Strong communication & planning by phone & mail. Existing systems/ processes streamlined - Results obtained - Avoided duplication & unnecessary documentation. Initiatives to streamline the supply chain - Cost reduction achieved through negotiations. Supplier discrepancy identified/ resolved - Many times handled & resolved just in time. Supplier rejection rate reduced - New vendor/ Supplier identified - Stipulated dispatch condition to avoid damages, required standard & quality.
