Enforcing safe working culture in the premises.2. To develop sub contractors for fabrication and get output from them. To ensure that the production is progressed as per schedule.3. Plan shop lay-out and work distribution to company's manpower and contractors.4. Arrange for machineries and resources required for Production.5. Co-ordinate with planning department regarding requirement of materials.6. Co-ordinate with dispatch department for transportation of semi-finished and finished components.7. Co-ordinate with store department and ensure the availability of consumables required for production.8. Arrange daily meeting with production coordinators and discuss production status and prepare report.9. Co-ordinate with various departments like design, planning, procurement and QC for ensuring of smooth progress of project.10. Ensure that proper discipline and cleanliness is maintained in shop.

1. Fabrication and welding related activities for all components2. Doing Q.C Inspection of all types of vessel & column3. Prepare Documents for TPI inspection.4. Prepare Daily Inspection Report and Summit to Q.C Manager.5. Follow the instruction of Q.C head on shop.Handling Clients inspection for various jobs.Daily management and job allocation of over 70 skilled workers from 4 sub-contractors
