ATM Switch Operational Responsibilities:• Understanding the requirement raised by business team.• Preparing Approach Note, Project Plan, maintaining delivery dates and responsibility on each of the stakeholders involved.• Coordinating with Internal & External teams to finalize the Approach Note. • Sharing the Change Request document, Approach Note to vendor and getting Proposal document from them.• Analyzing and getting approval from business team on the Proposal document.• Get the UAT release codes and implementation details from development team.• Prepare Test Plan, Identify Test Scenarios, Test Cases.• Implement the changes in UAT server and Perform testing as per identified Test Scenarios.• Raise the defects and track them, re-test them once fixed.• Get production release note once testing is completed.• Releasing the changes to production within given timelines.• Analyzing the changes post movement. • Testing of ATM, POS, ECOM, Micro ATM transactions on OLIVE Switch with NPCI in both cases Issuer and acquirer.• Testing Card Management System and provide support for daily production activities such as Card generation and Pin generation through CMS.• Monitoring daily card process activities i.e., card account linking UCD files and new personalize card request CRD files and generate Emboss File for Non-Personalized and Personalized Cards.• Monitoring ATM Switch transactions, servers, logs, table space, auto job Card process files, cash reports, mobile number update, card process success and failure acknowledgment reports.• Effectively track and project status, risks & issues.
