It was in early 2008 that I was motivated to bring-to-life her long conceived idea of manufacturing Indian naans and breads. Signature Flatbreads (formerly Honeytop, (U.K.) recognised my true vast experience and deep technical know-how and collaborated to form Signature International Foods in Nasik, India. I took on the immersive founder role and was involved in every decision from the grass-root levels I tirelessly spent many hours of the day and nights to get the plant up to scale and running. Ultimately, my relentless drive paid off when I was able to begin operations and bring in international sales for Signature Foods.
